Empires & Allies Review

Empires And Allies

Empires & Allies Get Ready To Build an Empire

Empires and Allies is yet another one of those building and fighting games where you need to constantly upgrade your base to unlock better weapons and equipment, allowing you to attack much harder opponents. All this is done by gaining resources and if you’re not really interested in parting with any money, then a lot of time as well, all pretty generic stuff for this type of game – nothing really inspiring.

The battles themselves involve you having the choice of who you attack, some opponents will be a higher level than you, and some will be lower, you have the use of airstrikes to take out towers and strategic gun emplacements before you send in your infantry and armour.

If you are successful in taking out a number of bases in a row then you gain some bonus loot to take back while you replenish your troop and armour supplies, one of the best features of this game is probably the ability to attack other players bases which encourages player engagement as you forge alliances.
As war games go the graphics and game play work pretty well, unfortunately for me it’s all too repetitive with the strategy elements I like in a game lacking, but still not a bad game if you fancy something not to testing on the brain.

Good Bad
Easy To Play Lacks Real Strategy
No Need To Spend Money Repetitive
Can Play Against Other Players
Tip don’t forget to keep your own base well protected
