Urban Strife Leaves Early Access
The tactical RPG, survival simulator, and turn-based strategy hybrid reaches its full release with the complete campaign, final siege, and feature-complete gameplay.
MicroProse and White Pond Games are proud to announce that Urban Strife Version 1.0 is now available on Steam, marking the end of the game’s Early Access journey and delivering the complete post-apocalyptic tactical RPG experience.
After months of community-driven development, numerous major content updates, and extensive gameplay improvements, Urban Strife now offers its full campaign, complete progression systems, expanded faction content, and the long-awaited final chapter, where players must defend Urban Shelter against the massive Atlanta Horde.
Set in a devastated corner of the American South, Urban Strife blends old-school turn-based tactics with deep survival mechanics, shelter management, faction politics, and meaningful RPG storytelling. Recruit survivors, rebuild a struggling community, forge uneasy alliances, and fight to protect everything you’ve built against ruthless factions and overwhelming undead hordes.
Throughout Early Access, the game expanded significantly with new campaign episodes, faction headquarters, advanced shelter upgrades, tactical combat improvements, realistic ballistics, expanded world systems, and countless quality-of-life enhancements shaped by community feedback. Version 1.0 brings these together into the complete experience.
